When can I pre-order?
The dates of each pre-order collection will be announced via social media and by newsletter.
We try to make the pre-order collections go hand in hand with each station.

How much does shipping cost?
Transportation is free, and in case of change of size as well.

How is the cutting of MIRIAM PONSA?
The equivalence of our sizes is:
Size XS: Corresponds to a 34
Size S: Corresponds to a 36
Size M: Corresponds to a 38
Size L: Corresponds to a 40
Size XL: Corresponds to a 42
Size XXL: Corresponds to a 44

Our garments tend to have a wider waist pattern and could generally fit two sizes.
We recommend choosing one or the other depending on whether you like tight or loose-fitting clothing.

I have doubts about which size to choose?
Write an email to atencioclient@miriamponsa.com and we will advise you with the help of the team pattern designer.

What if doesn't fit well?
Size changes will continue to be sent free of charge to MIRIAM PONSA.
If you don't like it, we'll pick up the piece and send you the size that suits you best.
If we do not have it available, we will return the amount of the item. The deadine for changes and returns is 15 days from the day you recived the order. We will process it through the following email: atencioclient@miriamponsa.com

When will I receive my pre-order?
The date of the shipment will be specified in the product description during the pre-order days.

What if your order contains pre-ordered parts and parts in stock?
We will make a single shipment as soon as we have all the parts of the order available.

Will I be able to purchase this collection later?
We will produce the pieces you have ordered with a small margin for possible defects or size changes. But we will not have all sizes and colors of all models and the sale price will be without the discount we can offer when the purchase is advanced.

Why did you choose the pre-order model?
Advanced purchasing allows us to know the exact amount of product and size we need to produce, thus avoiding unnecessary overproduction and generating much less waste. At the same time, this system has allowed us to offer a tighter entry price, as we can optimize the production process to real demand.
Don't you think that sounds a lot more logical?
