Festival is a praise to the celebrations of the people of Catalonia, it try to retrieve items of cultural clothing and stare at the funny side of the festivities. The big heads and human towers are the main elements: human figures are cut using very different tissues representing castellers sticking togheter with the tissues sttiched to symbolize the “human cushion” of the human towers and hands castellers stamped on t-shirts.

The paper fabrics represent festivity recalling confetti and serpentine, working with painting and drawing over itself or hand embroidered. Festival is a funny, spontaneous collection and wants to show the festive aspect of our country.
