Tomorrow, Thursday the 25th of October at 19.00h Josep Abril, Txell Miras and Miriam Ponsa will present their autumn-winter collections 2018-19 at NU#02, at C. València, 229 in Barcelona. The concept store shared by the three fashion designers will be the ideal scenario to advance the details of their creations for this season.

MIRIAM PONSA proposes a collection inspired by 'The Salt March’, the peaceful protest led by Mahatma Gandhi to object against the salt collection tax and with the ultimate goal of achieving India’s independence.  

This is a collection designed for authentic women who value the design and comfort in their daily life where natural fabrics such as cotton and warm fabrics such as wool and plush predominate.

The knitwear and oversize forms have an important role in a collection that is defined by its warmth and comfort.

The inspiration for the collection is displayed on screen printing with messages from Gandhi such as "Your life is your message" that can be found on t-shirts and leggings

The importance of clothing for prayer and worship is reflected with the quality of the fabrics and the colors of the collection. In this regard, the purple color suggests the prayer and black and gray tones induce calmness.
