Where can I place my order?

All orders are temporarily centralized through our website while our physical stores are closed.


Where I can get my order?

The orders will be sent to the address that you indicate to us when formalizing the order. Temporarily we do not offer the possibility of picking up at our store.

How much costs the shipping?

Spain: € 6.95

Can I receive a shipment outside of Spain?

We do not ship outside of Spain temporarily.

When will I recieve my order?

When we send your order you will receive an email so you can track it.

The usual deadlines for receiving orders are:

Can I exchange or return a purchased item?

Temporarily we will only have masks available on the web and this product cannot be changed or returned


What payment methods can I use?

You can pay your order by:

Credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, American Express and Mastercard.


Can't I pay by wire transfer?

Temporarily we do not offer the possibility of payment by transfer.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, in the client area you can download your invoice. The data is what you have entered when placing your order.
